I began playing guitar in early ‘70s, at the age of seven, mainly influenced by the ethno music players from the region of Balkan. By the age of nine I went to the music school “Ivan Zajc” in Zagreb. Raised in suburb of Zagreb, I spent the most time by playing with different bands and musicians. In the late ‘80s I began to develop more into solo guitarist and performed at concerts in ex-YU region. As a solo guitarist, I was invited for interview and played on Croatian TV-Z3. 1991 moved to Switzerland and since 1998 I’ve been living in Austria. I worked on soundtracks for film director Zoran Zekanovic, and performed at concerts in Switzerland, Austria and Germany.

In my music I integrate the elements of jazz, rock, ethnical and classical music by combining the three guitar playing techniques (picking, fingerpicking and double tapping). This gives me the possibility to wide the range of my musical expression, whereby the special attention is put on melody, improvisation and virtuosity.
